Account Rep/Inside Sales


Primary Responsibilities for the Account Manager/Inside Sales

  • Plan and schedule activities within the office to increase sales and profitability – to include business prospects as well as existing clientele
  • 80% Client Retention with 20% Client Development
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Handle customer expectations and build on existing and new relationships
  • Thrives on learning an everchanging market
  • Organization and excellent customer service are a must!
  • Support outside sales as needed to “take care of the customer”

Skill Set Needed for the Account Rep/Inside Sales 

  • Experience in Account Management/Inside Sales, demonstrating a “customer first” mentality
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Build Client relationships within relevant industries
  • Ability to prepare and present monthly sales reports
  • Handle any return product/materials
  • Some accounting skills to prepare commission statements for the accounting department for approval
  • Produce forecasting for the entire sales team as needed
