Inside Sales/ Account Manager


A Top National Company is in search of an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager for their growing organization.

  • Great Phone Etiquette is a must!
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • 70% Outbound Calls / 30% Inbound Calls.
  • Base Salary + Commission depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities for the Inside Sales/ Account Manager

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by maximizing market share and profits.
  • Drive client engagement and manage customer relations.
  • Maintain accurate sales and pipeline data.
  • Place a high level of outbound calls to uncover potential business prospects.
  • Oversee customer account management including quoting, daily support of the order entry process, set up new customer accounts, etc.

Skill Set Needed for the Account Rep/Inside Sales 

  • Experience in Account Management/Inside Sales, demonstrating a “customer first” mentality
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Build Client relationships within relevant industries
  • Ability to prepare and present monthly sales reports
  • Handle any return product/materials
  • Some accounting skills to prepare commission statements for the accounting department for approval
  • Produce forecasting for the entire sales team as needed
