The Account Executive is an Entry level Outside Sales Rep with Client Retention and Client Development responsibilities!
The Account Executive will focus on, retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service and generating new sales. Responsibilities for the Account Executive:
About 30-40% maintaining existing client relationships, while developing new clients as well. Qualifying leads provided.
Drive service revenue through up-selling of services to new and existing customers.
Prospecting to generate leads through local companies and partnerships.
Effectively manages leads and continuously updates CRM throughout the sales process to close of deal.
Keeps abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong relationships.
Maintain existing customer loyalty, while developing new customer relationships
Ensures your team is delivering exceptional customer service and customer’s needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
Position Requirements for the Account Executive:
Prefer a recent college graduate with some sales experience
Generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.
Working knowledge of MS office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation Package for the Account Executive:
Total first year earnings to $50-55K
Annual review and raise potential
Base Salary – $35k + depending on experience
