Project Coordinator Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Coordinator Supervisor's role is to administrate management and project procedures to ensure client’s schedules are executed properly and on time. This position has responsibility managing the existing project coordinators to ensure that everyone is executing the best methods and procedures for coordinating management of client’s materials from suppliers or our warehouse and/or customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Supervisor:

  • Help shape and develop best practices for procedures
  • Supervising the team of project coordinators and assist with managing the techs in and out of the office
  • Quoting pricing on products and services
  • Ordering all accessories needed for the client
  • Monitor shipments, recommend shipping containers and methods of packing
  • Manage client inventory
  • Make sure procedures are being followed
  • Promote department workflow
  • Cover all assigned client emergencies (including nights and weekends as needed)
  • Address technician’s performance with feedback to Services Supervisor
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for all procedural checklists
  • Manage all customer claims for loss or damages

 

Job Qualifications for the Project Coordinator Supervisor:

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5+ years in the customer service industry a plus
  • Must have some management experience – hiring and terminating experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Works well with little or no supervision
  • Works well under pressure and daily deadlines
  • Highly motivated and willing to work flexible work hours to accommodate business needs
  • PC skills required
  • Knowledge of MS Office preferred
  • Successfully work in a team environment
