Administrative Receptionist

The Administrative Receptionist position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, extraordinary client service attitude, and genuine interest in people. This is a warm and friendly, small office environment.  Welcome clients/guests in the office and over the phone.

  • Front of office maintenance and check and sort the mail daily and other duties as needed.
  • Handle all phones – both incoming and outgoing calls as well as scanning, filing, and faxing
  • Keeping detailed notes in databases
  • Team Player with a great attitude!

Requirements for the Administrative Receptionist:

  • Some experience is preferred
  • Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to manage details in a fast paced, multitask environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including face to face and telephone interaction as well as the ability to draft business letters and emails
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and accurate data entry skills
  • Inbound and Outbound phone calls
  • Any knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus! 
  • Other Duties as assigned
